Snookin in Stuart

Report Date: September 28, 2018

The snook bite has been hot the entire month of September. Livebaiting with pilchards, mullet and croakers have produced a mixed bag of goliath grouper, cubera snapper and plenty of snook with many in the 28-32" slot or above. Both incoming and outgoing tides have been producing. As we head into October, the snook normally head inshore up the Indian and St. Lucie Rivers.

Still lot's of tripletail and black drum out there and the redfish, pompano, bonefish and spanish mackerel bite should increase throughout the fall.
